Imogen Taylor, the Head of Alumni Relations, had the pleasure of sitting down to talk with Ian Bunting, who was Director of Pastoral Studies for Cranmer Hall between 1971 and 1978.  They reflect on this ‘transitional’ time in Ian’s life at Durham and the relationship between Cranmer Hall and the rest of St John’s College.

Student Opportunities Fund: Jiayu Wang’s trip to Olomouc in the Czech Republic

Jiayu Wang tells all about her exchange to Olomouc in the Czech Republic, where she visited schools and gave lessons and attended courses, also finding time to visit the city’s cultural offerings. The trip was made possible by funding from the St John’s Student Opportunities Fund.
